Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by JobRoute, Inc. ("JobRoute," "we," "us," or "our"), including the JobRoute platform, AI Ready Score, workforce intelligence tools, and our website at jobroute.ai (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Definitions

"User" means any individual who accesses the Services, including individuals taking the AI Ready Score, enterprise customers, and public sector partners.

"Customer" means an organization that has entered into a separate agreement with JobRoute for enterprise or public sector services.

"Customer Data" means any data submitted to the Services by or on behalf of a Customer, including employee role data, workforce configurations, and assessment results.

2. Use of Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use automated means to access the Services without our prior written consent
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services or any output without authorization

3. AI Ready Score

The AI Ready Score is an informational tool that provides an assessment of occupational AI exposure based on publicly available labor market data. The score is not employment advice, career counseling, or a guarantee of future employment outcomes. Users should consider the score as one input among many when making career decisions.

4. Enterprise and Public Sector Services

Enterprise and public sector services are governed by separate agreements. These Terms apply to the extent they do not conflict with the terms of any such separate agreement.

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by JobRoute, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The underlying labor market data (O*NET, ESCO, BLS) is used under their respective licenses and remains the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JOBROUTE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBROUTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
