JobRoute, Inc. ("JobRoute," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- AI Ready Score: Role title, industry, and optionally your email address. We do not require account creation to view your score.
- Contact forms: Name, email address, organization, role, and message content when you submit an inquiry.
- Enterprise customers: Workforce role data, organizational structure, and contact information as defined in your enterprise agreement.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, browser type, device type, and IP address.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for site functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- To generate your AI Ready Score and workforce analytics
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- To send service-related communications (not marketing, unless you opt in)
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
- To comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: With vendors who assist us in operating the Services (cloud hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Enterprise customers: Workforce analytics are shared with the Customer organization that engaged us, as defined in the enterprise agreement. Individual AI Ready Scores taken outside an enterprise engagement are never shared with employers.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.
4. AI and Machine Learning
We use AI models to generate scores and analytics. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Customer data is processed, not learned from. Our AI providers (currently Azure OpenAI) are contractually prohibited from using customer data for model training.
5. Data Retention
- AI Ready Scores (individual): Retained for 12 months, then anonymized. You can request deletion at any time.
- Enterprise data: Retained for the duration of the enterprise agreement plus 90 days, then deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for 24 months.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, tenant isolation for enterprise customers, and role-based access controls. For details, see our Security page.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. International Data Transfers
Our primary infrastructure is in the United States (Azure East US). For EU customers, we offer data residency in Azure Germany West Central. International data transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses. See our Security page for region details.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
